Please use the following steps when returning equipment to GTO for a warranty repair:

1. You may contact GTO Tech Support to request an RGA number by using the wizard link above to open a Tech Ticket©.
2. Please pack  your products appropriately in a shipping box to prevent damage during shipment back to GTO.
3. Clearly mark your RGA number on the outside of the package, include a copy of the proof of purchase, and return the package with the shipping prepaid to GTO:

GTO will examine your equipment thoroughly. If they find a manufacturer’s defect, your equipment will be repaired or replaced under warranty. However, if the equipment has been damaged by lightning, insects, abuse, etc., GTO will call you with a price quote on the cost of the repairs.
